Steamhouse India will enter the Indian market with its IPO on 9 September 2026 to be priced at ₹414 crore the IPO will be open until 11 September and investors have three days to join in the offering.

The IPO will be a combination of a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS). Of the total ₹414 crore raised, ₹353 crore will be from the fresh issue, while shares up to ₹61 crore will be offered by existing shareholders through the OFS route.
The company is expected to list its equity shares on the National Stock Exchange (NSE) and the BSE.

Steamhouse India is in the industrial energy business and provides steam and nitrogen to industrial customers through a centralised pipeline distribution system.

The company had already submitted its Red Herring Prospectus (RHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI).
