LEAP India Ltd., a technology-enabled logistics and asset pooling company backed by KKR, is going to launch its ₹2,480 crore Initial Public Offering (IPO) next week. The IPO comprises a fresh issue of ₹480 crore and an Offer for Sale (OFS) from existing shareholders (₹2,000 crore). The company has more than 900 customers, operates 30 warehouses and manages seven outsourced pallet manufacturing units across India. Its solutions are widely used by FMCG, e-commerce, retail, automotive, pharmaceuticals and manufacturing.
