The anchor bidding for institutional investors is scheduled for September 8, the day before the IPO opens for public subscription. The issue will close on September 11 and the basis of allotment is expected to be finalised on September 15.

Successful investors' demat accounts are expected to be credited on September 16 and shares will be listed on the BSE and NSE on September 17.

The minimum lot size has been reported at 102 shares. At the upper price of ₹146, retail investors would need ₹14,892 for one lot.

What Does LCC Projects Do

LCC Projects is in the EPC sector and is mainly focused on irrigation and water supply infrastructure.

Its projects include dams, barrages, weirs, hydraulic structures, canals, pipe distribution networks, lift irrigation systems and water supply schemes.

The company had an order book of ₹7,953.1 crore as of March 2026. Irrigation and water supply projects accounted for about 83% of the order book, highlighting the importance of these segments to its business pipeline.

How Will the IPO Money Be Used

A large portion of the fresh issue proceeds will be used for strengthening the company’s balance sheet and operational capabilities.

LCC Projects will spend ₹14.6 crore on equipment and ₹180 crore on repayment of some borrowings. The rest will be spent for general corporate purposes.

As of July 2026, the company had consolidated borrowings of approximately ₹1,817.7 crore and debt reduction is one of the main objectives of the new issue.

Financial Performance

LCC Projects reported revenue of around ₹3,600.3 crore for the financial year ended March 2026, which is 23.4% more than the previous year. Its profit rose 28.1% to ₹286.4 crore during the same period.

The IPO is coming at a time in which India's primary market is seeing a busy September, and a number of firms are expected to launch public offerings around the same time.

Reuters reported that six IPOs were scheduled for September 9  the most in India's capital market.

As for investors, LCC Projects’ large infrastructure order book, recent financial growth and focus on irrigation and water projects will be among the key factors to watch out for.

At the same time, the company’s debt levels and valuation implied by the IPO price band are important considerations before making an investment decision.

IPO dates and figures are based on information available as of September 5, 2026.

Investors should refer to the company’s official offer documents before making investment decisions.
