Rentomojo to go public in India September 9, 2026. The company has given a price band of ₹384 to ₹404 per equity share for the IPO which will be around ₹1,255.57 crore.

The three-day public issue will be open until September 11, and the anchor investor portion will be open on September 8.
Rentomojo is expected to be listed on the NSE and BSE on September 17, subject to IPO process completion.
Rentomojo IPO: Issue Structure
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of shares worth up to ₹150 crore and an offer for sale (OFS) of approximately 2.74 crore shares by the existing shareholders.
The OFS will allow investors including Accel, Edelweiss, IDG Ventures India, ValueQuest, Madison India, GMO and founder Geetansh Bamania to sell part of their holdings.
The company would like to be valued at around ₹4,200 crore at the top end of the price range. Retail investors can buy at least 37 shares and the minimum investment at the upper price of ₹404 is ₹14,948.
Strong Financial Performance
Rentomojo has seen a lot of growth ahead of its public-market debut. The Bengaluru-based company had revenue of ₹387 crore in the year ending March 31, 2026, in comparison to the previous year, a 45.5% increase. And its profit grew 142% to ₹104 crore.
The company’s EBITDA grew to ₹163.5 crore in FY26 from ₹118.4 crore in FY25. But the margin of its EBITDA declined to 41.5% from 43.6%, and the company said profitability should be monitored along with revenue growth.
What Does Rentomojo Do
Rentomojo is a subscription-based rental platform that offers furniture, appliances and other household goods.
Customers can rent products instead of purchasing them outright, making the model especially relevant to consumers looking for flexibility.
As of March 31, 2026, the company had 253,825 live subscribers in 29 Indian cities.
The company does not have a peer that is directly comparable listed in India, and so valuation comparisons would be a challenge to investors.
Where Will the IPO Money Go
The fresh issue proceeds are planned to be used for reducing debt and for paying rent and licence payments for the company’s warehouses and experience stores. Existing shareholders will receive the OFS portion.
Rentomojo IPO comes during a busy September for India's main market in which companies are preparing for public offerings and many are going to raise capital.
So the company's subscription numbers will be closely tracked as well as investors' valuation and growth prospects when bidding begins.
