Trump brand will make its debut in South India with a huge luxury residential development in Hyderabad's fast-growing Kokapet area. Tribeca Developers and Ira Realty are investing around ₹2,000 crore in Trump Towers Hyderabad, a luxury complex with two 65-storey skyscrapers.

There will be around 450 luxury homes at the site along Golden Mile Road in Kokapet, including 16 penthouses. The twin towers are expected to rise around 800 feet, making them one of the most prominent additions to the rapidly expanding luxury real estate scene in Hyderabad. The towers will be connected by a suspended sky bridge on the 28th floor at which the Trump Club and landscaped areas will be located.
The project is a significant expansion of the Trump Organization’s presence in India’s luxury property market. Tribeca has worked on Trump-branded projects in India before, including projects in the Delhi-NCR region. With the Hyderabad development, the Trump brand is entering South India’s premium residential market and tapping into the rising demand for branded luxury apartments in the city.
The investment also demonstrates the rapid transformation of Kokapet and the western Hyderabad area. It has been one of the city’s main luxury residential and commercial districts, so it is close to the Financial District, Outer Ring Road, and the tech and business capital of Hyderabad. The new Trump Towers are expected to further enhance Kokapet as a destination for luxury real estate.
The project is expected to generate sales of up to ₹4,200 crore, far above the development investment. The development will cover about 22 lakh square feet and is expected to take about four years to complete.
Hyderabad is also large in scale. The development is expected to be one of the tallest residential projects in South India with two 65-storey towers. It is said that the towers will reach nearly 242 metres tall and will be a unique feature of Hyderabad’s skyline.
As such, for Hyderabad’s luxury property market, the project could also help the city to be more prominent among the high-net-worth buyers looking for branded homes. Branded real estate combines luxury housing with the identity and services of an internationally renowned brand and is very attractive to high-profile buyers.
When the launch is coming in Hyderabad, there is a period of high-end residential development of very high quality with the development of the Trump Towers Hyderabad including Kokapet and Financial District. It will bring to mind homebuyers and investors.
With a ₹2,000-crore investment, two 65-storey towers, roughly 450 apartments, and a prominent sky bridge, Trump Towers Hyderabad is going to be an essential addition to the city's luxury real estate scene and will be Trump brand’s first residential project in South India.
