Coforge Shares May Rally 30% on Strong Deal Wins, Says Motilal Oswal

IT services company Coforge is forecast to see a big upside in its stock price with Motilal Oswal predicting up to 30% upside in its stock price. On the back of strong business momentum, strong deal wins, and increasing demand visibility for IT services, and the positive outlook for the global technology service space in the technology industry.

Coforge’s diverse business lines in banking, financial services, insurance (BFSI), travel, and healthcare make it well positioned to take advantage of opportunities in the market, Motilal Oswal suggests. The brokerage also observed that the company’s focus on digital transformation, cloud adoption, and automation solutions have also increased its market share.

Coforge is reporting solid order flows with large deals driving up its revenue pipeline. Most analysts believe long-term contracts and expansion in key geographies will drive sustainable earnings growth for the company. Coforge’s margins will also improve as operational efficiencies and scale benefits start to take hold.

The IT sector has been hit by world macroeconomic challenges recently, but Motilal Oswal is optimistic about Coforge and the company’s resilience. “The company’s strong execution track record and client relationships give the brokerage confidence in its ability to get through the challenges,” said the brokerage.

Coforge shares are trading at a valuation that Motilal Oswal thinks is attractive compared to the revenue potential. The firm believes the shares can generate up to 30% upside from current market price, which makes it one of the best IT services companies in the mid-tier segment.

Investors are closely watching developments in the IT sector, especially as appetite for digital services is rising globally. Coforge’s niche position and its focus on innovation will only contribute to the long-run growth in shareholder value.

The 30% rally in Coforge shares that Motilal Oswal expects to see is evidence that the brokerage is very confident in the company’s growth story. With good deal wins, improving margins, and good valuation, Coforge stands out as a very good performer in India’s IT services sector.
