Hardik Pandya Buys ₹50 Crore Property in Bengaluru

Hardik Pandya (cricket player) has been in the news in Bengaluru for buying a luxurious property with a price tag of ₹50 crore in the city. The all‑rounder, who is a key figure in India’s limited overs system and training base, will leave for the city with a new phase of his career and life.

The property is located near the Centre of Excellence (CoE) and Pandya has the chance of being awarded the world’s best training facilities there. The cricketer will use the base for year-round fitness, rehabilitation and skill development in order to stay healthy day in and day out and in order to keep himself in prime condition for international and domestic duties.

Bengaluru is also a hub for Indian cricket and that’s because the National Cricket Academy and CoE have the best infrastructure. Pandya is now investing in the city and it is an indication that he cares about longevity and long term career. Injury-related workload has taken a toll on his playing time in the last few years and it is a proactive move of his from now onwards and the team will be able to continue to stay the same.

It is said to come with modern living and fitness and training areas that can be fitted well. Pandya’s investment is not only a reflection of being one of India’s highest paid cricketers but what he wants to build for himself and his team. It also allows him privacy and convenience away from Mumbai’s cricketing crowd.

Bengaluru's climate and the city's physical surroundings and facilities are the perfect site for athletes, fans and experts have been in favour of the decision. Pandya’s presence in the city will also serve to inspire younger cricketers trained at the CoE to understand the value of discipline and preparation to be at the highest level and to become better cricketers. His selection would further solidify Bengaluru as the town of choice for the top cricketers.

In short, Hardik Pandya’s investment of ₹50 crore in property near Bengaluru’s CoE is not just real estate but a career move. By establishing a permanent training base, the all‑rounder is now putting fitness, longevity and performance first and that, in so doing, is the way forward for him to keep winning matches in the future.
