Technocraft Ventures IPO Listing: Shares Debut 34% Above Issue Price on NSE, BSE

Technocraft Ventures Ltd made a strong debut on the stock exchanges on 14 August 2026 and the company debuted on the stock exchanges at a premium of more than 33% over the IPO issue price.

Technocraft Ventures IPO

The stock opened at ₹284 per share on the NSE, compared to the IPO issue price of ₹212, a 33.96% premium. On BSE, shares opened at ₹285, a 34.43% increase over the issue price.

Technocraft Ventures IPO Listing Price. Particular Details. IPO Issue Price ₹212. NSE Listing Price ₹284. BSE Listing Price ₹285. NSE Premium 33.96%. BSE Premium 34.43%. IPO Size ₹251.88 crore. IPO Subscription 38.69 times.

The strong debut was much better than expected in the grey market. Prior to listing, the IPO's GMP was around ₹40–₹42, suggesting a listing price of about ₹252–₹254. The actual listing at ₹284 on NSE therefore came in substantially higher.

IPO Received Strong Investor Demand.

Technocraft Ventures IPO was open for subscription from 7 August to 11 August 2026. The ₹251.88 crore issue received bids for more than 32.17 crore shares, resulting in an overall subscription of 38.69 times.

Non-institutional investors showed particularly strong interest, with their portion subscribed 65.06 times. QIB category was subscribed 42.26 times and retail had 25.35 times.

The company had fixed the IPO price band at ₹200-₹212 per share with a lot size of 70 shares. At the upper end of the price band, retail investors needed ₹14,840 to apply for one lot.

What does Technocraft Ventures do?

Technocraft Ventures is a New Delhi-based infrastructure development company that works on turnkey EPC projects. The company raised funds from a fresh issue and an offer for sale.

The new issue consisted of 95.05 lakh shares worth ₹201.51 crore, while 23.76 lakh shares worth ₹50.37 crore were offered through the OFS component.

Much of the fresh issue proceeds are intended to support the company's working capital needs, and the rest goes to corporate purposes and issue-related expenses.

Investors Make Strong Listing Gains

Investors who received one retail lot of 70 shares at ₹212 paid ₹14,840.

At the NSE listing price of ₹284 these shares were worth ₹19,880, which is a notional listing gain of ₹5,040 per lot. At the BSE opening price of ₹285 the gain would be ₹5,110.

But listing gains are only the initial market reaction. The stock's performance after listing will depend on the company's financial performance, order book, execution, profitability and broader market conditions.

The Technocraft Ventures debut marks a strong start for the newly listed company. A 38.69-times IPO subscription and a more than 34% listing premium also indicate strong investor interest.

Now the bigger issue is whether Technocraft Ventures will convert IPO capital into business growth and make enough money to justify the valuation of the company after the IPO.

Bottom line: Technocraft Ventures shares had an excellent stock-market debut and opened at ₹284 on NSE and ₹285 on BSE, compared to the ₹212 IPO price.
