IndiGo, India’s largest airline, will celebrate 20 years of service with a special customer appreciation campaign called “IndiGoFree.” In order to mark the anniversary, it will give away 20,000 free domestic flight tickets through a refund-based promotional offer to customers who want as many as they can afford.
The limited-period campaign is meant to thank passengers who have supported the airline since their first flight in August 2006. IndiGo will randomly select eligible customers and refund the airfare of winning bookings, subject to the campaign's terms and conditions.
Who can participate?
It is valid for customers who:
Book domestic flights between August 4 and August 6, 2026. Make bookings on IndiGo's official website, mobile app or Skai, the airline's AI assistant. Order eligible Economy or IndiGo Stretch tickets.
Bookings made through travel agents, third-party travel portals, codeshare flights, or international routes are not eligible for the campaign.
How will winners be selected?
The bookings will automatically enter a random selection process based on the system selection process automatically.
The customers selected as potential winners will receive a notification via email and WhatsApp. They are then expected to answer an IndiGo-related question correctly within 48 hours. People who answer correctly will receive a refund of the airfare (including taxes), up to ₹10,000 per PNR, back to the original payment method.
Each of the contributors can win only once during the campaign period.
