India's capital markets are awash with the excitement of many high‑profile companies preparing to go public as more than a few of the largest companies in India have begun to go public in the market. From big-name companies to tech giants to fintech players, big-time players with the potential to go public are expected to have the right to go public in the next few months in the Indian stock market and are set to become more and more public in the capital market.

Reliance Jio
Reliance Jio, the telecom arm of Reliance Industries, is one of the most eagerly awaited listings. With its large subscriber base and dominance in India’s digital ecosystem, the IPO will be one of the largest in the country’s history. Analysts believe that it could attract global institutional investors given Jio’s role in driving India’s digital transformation.
National Stock Exchange (NSE IPO). The NSE IPO has been in the works for several years and NSE is finally off the ground and regulatory approvals are now in place for its launch. NSE is still the country’s largest stock exchange, and by listing it the capital markets are provided for investment by the market. Market analysts expect demand for NSE to rise in that it has a monopoly position and has consistently profitable operations.
PhonePe
Digital payments leader PhonePe is preparing for its IPO based on India’s fintech boom. With an extensive user base and strong penetration in UPI transactions, PhonePe’s listing will be a major marker for digital finance in India. Investors will want to know how the company is monetizing its ecosystem beyond payments, e.g., insurance and wealth management services.
Flipkart. Another e‑commerce giant Flipkart is a product of Walmart and is also in line for an IPO. As one of India’s largest online marketplaces, Flipkart’s public listing could rival global e‑commerce peers. The IPO will also show India’s fast-growing consumer market and the rapid adoption of online retail.
Zepto
Quick‑commerce company Zepto has become a disruptor in India’s delivery landscape. Its IPO will test investor appetite for new‑age businesses focused on speed and convenience. And with fast growth in urban markets, Zepto’s listing could be a model for other startups in the space.
All these upcoming IPOs including Reliance Jio, NSE, PhonePe, Flipkart, and Zepto are industries from telecom and finance to e-commerce and quick commerce. Each will have a unique growth potential and their listings will be closely watched by investors as indicators of investor sentiment and India’s economic status.
