Solana Tokenized Equities Volume Surges 2,400x YoY, Hits Record $3.3 Billion

Solana's blockchain has been booming in real-world RWA (Real-World Assets) trading volume with tokenized equity trading volume increasing more than 2,400 times year-over-year. The surge is evidence of blockchain-based financial products getting more and more popular with investors who value tokenization of traditional assets.

The accomplishment shows Solana is becoming a preferred network for tokenized securities and digital financial infrastructure and networks that are more and more open to tokenization.

Tokenized Equities reach record high

According to recently shared ecosystem data, monthly tokenized equity volume rose from $670 million in April to an all-time high of $3.3 billion in June 2026. The sharp rise is one of the strongest growth periods for tokenized assets on the Solana network.

The increase is occurring following numerous institutional developments including Securitize's launch on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and tokenized shares of SpaceX-related SECZ stocks on Solana.

A wider Tokenization Boom in Solana

The growth extends well beyond equities. Tokenized commodities, credit products, collectibles and other real-world assets have been traded more and more in the past year.

The monthly trading volume in those categories increased from about $156 million in June 2025 to several billion dollars by June 2026, a further sign of a growing interest in blockchain-based asset tokenization by institutional and investors.

This trend also builds on another tokenization milestone earlier this summer, cementing Solana as one of the most dynamic blockchain ecosystems for RWAs.

First Half of 2026 Set New Records in 2026

Tokenized stocks on Solana generated $4.9 billion in trading volume during the first half of 2026, up from $775 million during the second half of 2025.

In this respect, the sixfold increase demonstrates how fast tokenized financial products are gaining traction as more issuers bring traditional assets onto blockchain networks.

SOL Price Lags Behind On-Chain Growth

Despite the explosive growth of network activity, SOL has yet to show the same momentum in its market price as the big chain. The cryptocurrency is currently trading around $76, down more than 2 percent from yesterday’s price, as on-chain adoption continues to grow.

While blockchain usage and tokenization metrics have reached all-time highs, cryptocurrency prices often react to sentiment in the market and macroeconomic environment more than grow in the ecosystem.

Tokenized equities and other real-world assets are growing rapidly and thus also influencing the way traditional financial instruments are traded and managed on blockchain networks. With institutional players adopting tokenization and more financial products launched on Solana, the ecosystem is positioning itself as a major hub for digital asset innovation.

If the current growth trajectory continues, tokenized securities could become one of the key drivers of Solana’s long-term ecosystem expansion and so will network activity and investor interest in the years to come.
